There are two different manufacturing processes to produce SS Round Bar, One is hot rolled round steel bars and the other one is cold rolled steel bar. The Price of cold drawn steel bars is a bit higher compared to Hot Rolled Round Bar. Stainless Steel Bar comes in the form of SS Flat Bar, forged Bar, SS Hex Bar or Hexagonal, Square Bar, Threaded bar, SS Rod, Hollow bar, Bright Bar, Black Bar, Rectangular Bar and Polish Bar.

The SS 304L Bar is one of the most versatile and widely used stainless steel worldwide. They have around 18% chromium and 8% nickel in their chemical composition. This would enhance the corrosion resistance and overall better performance. The low carbon version of the SS 304 material offers some of the best mechanical properties.

The 316L SS is a superior performing alloy that is mostly used for high corrosion applications. They are capable of withstanding corrosion more effectively and ideal for high temperature applications. This low-carbon version is resistant to decays at the welding site.
